The scale of poverty and an utter state of helplessness drove him to pursue medicine. The burning desire to serve and heal is a catalyst to what he does daily. He is recognized and awarded as a top doctor in the New York area in the field of infectious diseases for the last several years. He’s risked it all to travel to Wuhan, China to investigate the Corona virus in early January.
